This Disclaimer applies to your use of the MRM Foundation website (https://mrmfoundation.co.in/ and https://internship.mrmfoundation.in/), including all pages, forms, internship registrations, scholarship applications, program information, donations (if enabled), and any related services ("Services"). Please read carefully. By accessing or using our website/Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use our website or Services.

1. No Warranties – "As Is" Basis

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the website, content, programs, internships, scholarships, and any future payment/donation features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. MRM Foundation disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or virus-free content.

We do not warrant or guarantee that:

The website will meet your requirements or expectations.
Any internship, scholarship, program, or certificate will be granted or beneficial in any specific way.
Payments/donations (via Razorpay) will process without issues or delays.
Information on the site is always current, accurate, or error-free.

2. Third-Party Services – Razorpay Integration

We may use Razorpay (Razorpay Payments Private Limited, RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator) for secure online payments, donations, or processing fees. Razorpay services are provided subject to their own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and policies. MRM Foundation is not responsible or liable for:

Any acts, omissions, failures, delays, errors, or interruptions caused by Razorpay or its facility providers (banks, NPCI, etc.).
Transaction declines, chargebacks, fraud, security issues, or settlement delays.
Any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of Razorpay's platform.

We do not store sensitive payment details (cards, UPI PINs, etc.); all such data is handled solely by Razorpay per RBI/PCI-DSS standards. Use of Razorpay does not imply endorsement by Razorpay of MRM Foundation, our programs, or any tax benefits.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRM Foundation, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising from:

Use of or inability to use the website/Services.
Participation in internships, scholarships, or programs.
Any donations, payments, or transactions (including via Razorpay).
Errors, viruses, unauthorized access, or third-party actions.
Any reliance on information provided on the site.

Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or ₹0 if no payment was made).

4. No Tax or 80G Guarantee

Any mention of 80G tax exemptions, receipts, or charitable benefits is for informational purposes only. Tax benefits depend on your eligibility, valid 80G/12A certification of MRM Foundation (if applicable), and Indian tax laws. We do not provide tax advice; consult your tax advisor. We disclaim any liability for denied tax claims or changes in law.

5. Prohibited Representations

Nothing on this website implies that Razorpay or any bank endorses, guarantees, or assumes liability for our programs, donations, internships, or services. We use Razorpay solely as a payment facilitator. Your use is for legitimate educational/charitable purposes only; prohibited activities (e.g., fraud, money laundering) are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of access.

6. Governing Law & Changes

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar. We may update this Disclaimer at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
