Aims and Scope of This Journal
It is a matter of great pleasure that MRM Foundation has decided to publish a Refereed Multi-disciplinary International Research Journal of Academicians in the name of “AATM MANTHAN” of Hindi “आत्म-मंथन” on quarterly basis. The world has witnessed a great change during the period of globalization since 1991 which is required to be tapped and highlighted for the growth and sustainable development of the economy as a whole. New opportunities as well as new threats in the environment have emerged up. The internal strengths and weaknesses of our trade and industry will go a long way in availing of these opportunities and reducing the threats as well. At this juncture, studies and research in the field of commerce, management, laws and social and pare sciences shall constitute a “Think tank” for those who are working in these fields as professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, social activist, scientist, economists, lawyer. We trust and hope that our humble endeavour in placing our views and research findings with the help of this journal will be of immense help in the growth and development of all the sections of the economy.
The publisher of this Research Journal invites qualitative and contributory research papers from different areas and after reviewing those papers by specialists and dedicated and committed academicians, these papers will be considered for publication.
The purpose of this International Journal is to provide an international forum to discuss advancements in all areas of business & management. The journal will publish high quality research articles in commerce, management, law, social sciences, as well as pure sciences like physics, chemistry, zoology, botany also.
The journal particularly welcomes articles dealing with global issues, practical experiences, pedagogical aspects including case research, developments in emerging nations and other non-traditional and innovative areas.

Guidelines for Contributors
There are some guidelines for authors given below who wish to publish their articles in this journal.
- The article must include : (i) the name(s) of the author(s), (ii) their professional affiliations, (iii) postal address, (iv) phone and mobile numbers and (v) email address.
- Article sent should be complete in all respects including references, foot notes etc. Sources for all tables, graphs, figures and maps (if requires).
- First page should consist of title of the paper, name(s) of author(s) with all details by an abstract not exceeding 150 words.
Second page should start with the title of the paper again followed by the text.
- Articles submitted for consideration for publication in journal should be original and not published anywhere earlier.
- Articles should not be more than 9,000 words inclusive of all notes, references, tables, annexure and appendices.
- Articles should be prepared in text format (e.g. Adobe Pagemaker, MS-Word) following British spelling (English-Times New Roman 12 Pt. & Hindi-Kruti Dev 10 14 Pt.).
- All contributions should be on an A4 format, with 1.5 line spacing. Matter should be left aligned with a one and a half inch margin on the right and typed in 12 point sized font.
- Graphs and charts prepared in MS-Office (Word / Excel ) .
- Contributors are requested to be careful as not to violate any of the provisions of the Copyright Act and the Rules made there in respect of the material used in the articles or their sources and / or for of the computer software used by them. The Journal is not responsible for any violations or lapses on the part of the contributors.
- The Journal reserves its right to make stylistic changes or other editorial changes in the article(s) submitted and accepted for publication.
- Hard copy and soft copy of the article must be submitted Paper without floppy / CD will be rejected.
- All contributions submitted will be subjected to peer review. The decision of the Editorial Committee will be the final.
- Only cited works should be included in the ‘References’ which should appear alphabetically at the end of the paper. Follow the reference citation strictly in accordance with the following examples.
