Welcome to MRM Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The website https://mrmfoundation.co.in/ and https://internship.mrmfoundation.in/ (collectively “the Website”) and all associated services are operated by MRM Foundation, a charitable trust registered in Patna, Bihar.

By accessing, browsing, registering for any program, submitting an application, making a donation, or using any part of the Website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.

1. Nature of Services

MRM Foundation is a non-profit charitable trust established in memory of Late Mahakali and Ravinath. Our primary objective is promoting education and all-round development of underprivileged sections of society, along with various welfare, health, economic, cultural, and other charitable activities as detailed in our trust deed and About Us page.

Most programs (internships, skill training, scholarships, registrations, etc.) are currently offered **free of charge**. Any future introduction of nominal fees will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

2. Eligibility & User Conduct

You must be at least 18 years of age or have valid parental/guardian consent to use services involving minors.
All information you provide (personal details, educational documents, contact information, etc.) must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
You agree not to use the Website or services for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person, or to submit false/misleading information.
We reserve the right to reject any application/registration or terminate access without notice if we believe the user has violated these Terms or provided false information.

3. Donations & Payments

Voluntary donations made to support our charitable objectives are accepted through secure payment gateways including Razorpay (Razorpay Payments Private Limited – RBI authorised entity).

All donations are treated as **final charitable contributions** and are generally **non-refundable** (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for limited exceptions).

By making a donation or payment:

You agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You confirm the donation is voluntary and for legitimate charitable purposes only.
We do not store sensitive payment instrument details (card numbers, UPI PIN, etc.); all such data is processed and secured by Razorpay per RBI/PCI-DSS standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, logos, images, certificates, program materials, design) is owned by MRM Foundation or licensed to us and protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
MRM Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website, participation in programs, or making donations.
We are not responsible for any failure, delay, or error caused by Razorpay, internet connectivity, third-party services, or force majeure events.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRM Foundation, its trustees, officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or submission of false/inaccurate information.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
