MRM foundation is a charitable organization. This was established in the memory of Late Mahakali – Ravinath who were the parents of the Settler of this Trust Prof. (Dr.) Nagendra kumar Jha. Foundation works for the benefit of the downtrodden and poor group of the society for ensuring happiness among them. It is involved in different social activities but primarily promotes education which is the ultimate source of all round development of a man. Its head quarter is located in the capital city of Bihar that is at Bahadurpur Bagicha, Bazarsamiti, Rajendranagar, Patna-800016.

This Trust goes to serve Educational activities, Economic activities, Health related activities, Sports and cultural activities as well as other social welfare activities throughout the country. These are:

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES:

To open establish, Develop, Maintain School, Colleges, Universities, Maktab, Madarsa, Pre-Primary Education, Technical and non Technical Institutions, Computer training centre, Skill development centre, Vocational Training Centre, Libraries, Reading rooms, Laboratories, Research and other institution of the like nature in India for use of the students and the staff and also for the development and Advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general.
To grant aid or other financial assistance to the institutions as mentioned above in clause 3(A) (i).

To provide facilities for advanced teaching and training to the scholar in the field of Shariat Laws (fiq, Ifta and Qaza), Islamic studies and different religions.
To provide financial assistance, aid, scholarship, stipend and grants to the poor needy and meritorious students, studying indifferent field of education and orphans and disabled.
To take over the management and maintenance of School, Colleges, Polytechnics and other educational institution maintained and managed by other authorities and organizations by mutual consent.

To run and manage take-over and help in establishing, running and managing institutions for imparting Legal, Engineering, Medical & Paramedical training.

To, Print and Publish the Research Journal, Books, Magazine, Periodicals related to different disciplines of Education and Social and economic issues of national and international importance including regional and local issues for the betterment and upliftment of the Society as a whole.

To undertake social service activities, and to provide facilities for the relief of the poor and the needy irrespective of caste, creed or social status.

To hold and conduct conferences, seminars, workshops, symposium and competitions and to give scholarships, free ships, diplomas, certificates and awards as and when thought fit.

To undertake establish and run the special educational institution for the handicapped, blind, dumb, poor, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Minority, backward Classes and other needy people to provide the training of house hold industries, semi skilled jobs and also provide them other required facilities like medical aid, foods, cloths, transportation and economic assistance to start business..

To undertake establish, help, assist, organize and maintain educational institutions, centres, programme, projects, seminar, etc. to educate the female section of Society.

To undertake, establish and run different information & guidance centre and consultancy centres for educational development of male & female children and youth of the Society.

- To undertake, establish and run different programmes & centres for adult education.

ECONOMIC ACTIVITES:

To Start training centres for equipping handicapped and orphans with such technical knowledge as would help them in self employment.
To provide financial assistance to destitute.

To undertake and impart the vocational training for urban and rural women and youth especially unemployed minority youths and women under the self-employment generation schemes and assist them for establishing the technical set-up and industries in urban and rural areas either in cluster or individual.

To undertake and provide market facilities to small and home based industries.

To undertake the export and import trades of goods and services.

HEALTH:

To conduct and organize general medical check-up, control and health care camp.
To provide medical assistance to all needy persons irrespective of religion, caste, community or social status.

To undertake, establish and run Hospital, nursing homes and give aid to such institution.

To establish, run, manage, take over and help in establishing running and managing institutions for imparting paramedical training.

To undertake establish and run drug-eradication cum-counselling centres and de-eradication centres for drug addicted children, orphans and helpless persons particularly woman.

To undertake establish and run maternity family planning and health centres and provide medical facilities to shelter less woman, children and aged person.

WELFARE ACTIVITIES:

To establish and run homes for destitute, orphanage mentally retarded, handicapped person and senior citizens.
To work for the general welfare of the people and for national integration.

To promote and assist the economic uplift of people especially backward and minority communities.

To receive and collect any gifts, subscriptions, donations, aid, assistance, grants and loan either in cash or in kind or acquire by any other lawful way and means and spend the same in fulfillment of all or any of the aims and objects of the trust. The income and properties of the trust shall be applied solely for the promotion and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the trust provided if any donor intends that his contributions, donations or subscriptions shall be applied to the attainment of any particular object or objects of the trust, such contributions, donations, subscriptions shall be spent towards the promotion of that particular object only.

To acquire by purchase, take on lease, hire or by gift or otherwise and hold any movable or immovable property or properties or any right or privileges that may be deemed necessary or useful for the advancement of the object of the trust.

The advancement of any other objects of general public utility for achieving any or all the above objects the trust shall raise funds through donations, grants and contributions and also obtain and receive interest free loans from individuals, associations, firms or any institution what so ever and shall pay out of the funds of the trust all costs, charges, expenses incidental to the establishment, registration and advertisement of the trust and shall adopt and take such other lawful means as may be incidental and conductive to the accomplishment of all or any of the above objects.

SPORTS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

To encourage athletic activities of youth and student and to conduct tournaments, sports and games for them.
To Work for Organising and promoting Cultural activities for social interest.

OTHER FIELD

To undertake and establish veterinary dispensaries, artificial insemination centres including setting-up breeding farms, milk collecting centres and assists for purchase of cattle and getting of financial assistance for dairy products processing units.

To undertake and assist to small and marginal farmers, landless labourers and establish poultry, goatry, fishery and sericulture units.

To undertake and develop the social forestry in the rural areas.

To undertake and construct the houses for weaker section on sites provided by the government or the village Panchayats or under different government schemes or under privately managed lands.

To undertake the work of rural electrification provision of light points in villages, streets, lanes in rural Harijan /tribal localities.

To establish, maintain or grant aid for the establishment and /or maintenance of Parks, Gardens, Gymnasiums, Sports Clubs, Dharamsalas, Temple, Mosque and Rest houses, for use by public in general.
To Work for the Entrepreneurship development, Women empowerment, Poverty alleviation, Unemployment and illiteracy eradication, Environment protection, Healthy environment and will do all such other activities which will be helpful for maintaining ecological balance.

OTHER OBJECTS:-

For the purpose of carrying on the main objects as enumerated above, the trust will further carry on the activities:
To accept donations (in cash or kind), subscriptions, grants, Loan and to collect dividend, rent and other assistance lawfully, either from National and/or International agencies for being utilized of the objects of the Trust.

That the trustees are expressly entitled and empowered to invest the fund and properties of the trust either in movable or immovable properties as they deem fit for carrying out the objectives of the trust, provided that in no case the investment shall be made in violation of the provision of section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

To open and maintain account or accounts of the trust in a Bank for the purpose of keeping the funds of the trust and to operate the same by its office bearers or by the person or persons of their choice duly authorized by them in this course.

To invest, dispose of transfer and otherwise deal with the subject matter of the trust in such a manner as the Trustees deem fit and proper to do in carrying out object of the Trust.

To take over the management of any other public or charitable institutions, project of branch of any such institution on such terms and conditions as the trustees may deem fit and to manage such institutions.

To acquire by gift, purchase, exchange, lease or hire or otherwise any lands, buildings/industry and any other property movable and/or immovable and any estate or interest or interest for the furtherance of all or any of the objects of the trust.

To create any reserve fund, sinking fund, provident fund or any other special and whether for depreciation or repairs, improving, extending or maintaining any of the properties or right of the Trust and/or for recumbent of wasting assets and/or for benefits of the employees and for any other purpose for which the trust deems in expedient or proper to create or to maintain any such fund or funds.

To provide for the welfare of employees of the trust.

All activities financed from the fund shall be conducted in accordance with the ideals and objects as stated herein and no discrimination shall be permitted therein on ground of religion, caste, creed or sex provided that any donation earmarked and accepted for any specific purposes falling within the objects mentioned in these presents shall be used for such specific purposes.

To appoint and constitute managing committee for maximum period of three years for the management and control of the different institution established and run by the trust. The management committee so constituted shall be accountable to the trust for all its action and deeds. However in case of mismanagement or improper functioning of the management committee so constituted by the trust may be dissolved by the trust even before expiry of its terms as mentioned above.
